Terms of Service

By accessing www.ikondesoft.com or engaging Ikondesoft for software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

Ikondesoft provides elite software engineering services including but not limited to:

• Intelligent systems and AI/ML infrastructure
• Mobile application development (React Native, Expo)
• Enterprise web platforms (Next.js, edge-rendered systems)
• Architecture reviews, system design, and technical due diligence

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are governed by a separate project agreement or Statement of Work ('SOW') entered into between Ikondesoft and the client.

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting enquiries

Payment terms for engagements are defined in the project agreement or SOW. Unless stated otherwise:

• A deposit is required prior to project commencement
• Milestone payments are due upon acceptance of each milestone
• Outstanding balances delay delivery and may result in work suspension
• All fees are in USD unless explicitly agreed otherwise

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement. Ikondesoft will not disclose client project details, data, or business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Ikondesoft delivers services with professional care and skill. However, the Site and any non-contractual content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ikondesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ikondesoft in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the SOW. Ikondesoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for users who violate these Terms. Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
